Who are the mods to decide what is and is not a spam proposal?

Who is anyone?

Let the sponsorships and game mechanics decide.

We use our judgement. The purpose of PD is for it to be an open, serious part of the forum where new players can participate in the politics of the UK.

More and more, it is becoming like Rapture. People are posting utter crap and then claiming it's "not spam".

As it is, this impeachment was not only stupid, ie without any real reason, the person you're hoping to make CP (ie Horice) has explicitly stated he is opposed to the motion, and asked people not to propose it.

Any further threads will be locked and people who propose them will receive warnings as I said.
