So what your saying is that he wasn't publishing peoples personal information ( what he was banned for ) because it was already in the public domain by yourself, he was actually guilty of re-distributing it/ reposting it.

Dear Messrs. G and Kerr,

Intresting mm you could argue that consent isnt needed if that picture is already out there in the public domain,

you could, yes, but in past examples (most recently Thomas I think) this argument wasn't held up. Mind, I only remember this being an issue two or three times because usually people don't do it.

I was asking for proof of the 'rules'... from someone who was quoting the rules.  Then again proving someone wrong usually leads to insults, tis the eUK way!

I was simply saying that X and Y were against the rules (and always have been).

Even though you were out to wind me up, I apologise if I insulted you and hope you realise that it was insincere like I realise that it was of course the wrong reaction. It was very childish and I hope no serious damage has been done.  :)

Sincerely,
Digby

Write them clearly in a dry tone.
They are terms of use, not a conversation.

We are now looking at reverting back to an adjusted copy of the original rules. The internet isn't ready for relaxed rules!

They just need presenting professionally and with something to deal with those throwing their toys out of the pram, I am enjoying Invalidations breakdown though.

You really think we'd keep something if it was obvious people aren't happy with them? We're working on reverting the rules, though we'll obviously still incorporate changes. I'd like to request you all to wait for that before jumping horses, you've made clear that you're unhappy with them, so we're working on them.

I'll get rid of Invalidation's ban and any infraction points which have been given, but I won't be so nice if you continue this behaviour until we're done. Then, and only when we have published our changes, you have the right to criticise in a normal way.

Nice of you to make an appearance.  Don't worry, kumnaa has already said what needed to be said.

Can we get a resignation from butjam too, he doesn't have a clue how the internet works. I never saw him demonstrate even slightly workable knowledge of UCP, MCP or ACP when he was appointed either, makes one wonder why it happened. The test has failed, he has proven how bad he is and that admins need to learn how to enforce rules in a gmod position before being responsible for how gmods act. On that note, Atticus needs to be demoted to gmod too, so he can prove that he understands how to enforce rules and get the proper guidance from an experienced admin to adjust his behaviour to an acceptable level, before he is passing on that knowledge.
