remove lock/delete thread button

its annoying, which only admin/mods are allowed to be.

People can lock and delete their own threads. It's an SMF thing I think.

I actually don't see anything wrong with being able to lock one's own topic. I'll get rid of the ability to delete though, not too keen on that one.

It's gone, good. Glad you kept the lock button in though.
