Voting green has the same effect as voting conservative
Labour scaremongering, for when you have no credible policies or leadership.
1) Conservatives are not destroying the country, they have done good and bad like most Governments do. Them getting in is not the end of the country, we can afford 5 years out to build a real left wing party up (like UKIP has been built up recently against similar scaremongering). I'd rather have a Government which represents me in 5-15 years time than mediocre shite for my entire life.
2) Labour has the same policies as the Conservatives anyway in terms of what is damaging the country (privatisation, targets), it's just questionable how competently Labour will implement them. The death toll is significantly lower for Cameron so far, haven't seen him commit any war crimes yet (Hi Blair).
3) The choice isn't Green vs Labour, it's Green vs Labour vs Nationalists vs Not Voting. Labour are not entitled to the left vote and are not even getting most of it anymore, these people you try to scare into voting Labour could just not vote instead.
4) Labour will lose as many seats to SNP than Conservatives will lose to UKIP. Further than that, UKIP is subject to "protest vote" which weakens before a "real" election. SNP are an established Government party and will keep more of the votes they picked up last year.
5) Ed Milliband.
Labour really aren't going to win.
