Nice: taking my (UKRP) stockpilling idea and put it in your manifesto, a bit of a cheap shot. :P

Well another odd thing I find is that we need to message our questions to Stan and not to Relic, does this mean your candidate isn't active or does he have a hangover?

It seems to me that Relic gets the full support of the entire PCP team. I don't think anyone can fault him because he wants Stan to check his fanmail.

EDIT: It's a great Manifesto by the way.

We are firmly against congressman that are not on the forums running for election. We believe that if someone is to do their job properly as a congressman, they need to be fully informed of the situations, and the only way that would be possible is if they are on the eUK forums.

But yet it is implicit in eRepublik that everybody has a right to form a political party and run for congress even if it's a one (wo)man party. By the same token it is their right NOT to be informed of the "situations". Equally it is up to the individual voter whether he or she should care whether someone is active anywhere. Is this something you intend to try and enforce and, if so, how do you propose to do that?

Obviously. That's why I asked if there was any intention of enforcement. Now be quiet like a good boy and let Stan the Spokesman reply.

Excellent question. Firstly, we do realise that if the individual voter wants to elect a member of congress who is not active on the forum, that is fine. However, we're running with the assumption that the voter wants members of congress who are informed and active. We obviously cannot enforce this policy as such, and by that I mean we're not going to contact the admins and remove the candidate from their position. Instead, we will take several steps of action:
1 - PM the candidate who wishes to run strongly encouraging them to come onto the forums
2 - If that fails, advise the PP of the party that if possible, replace the inactive congressman with ana ctive one
3 - Publish articles detailing the activity of congress members as was done several months back by the MoI, and also encouraging voters not to vote for congress members who aren't on the forum

OK I will put it another way,

Is Relic merely nothing more than an acceptable to vote for, less Partisan figure head for your own campaign?

All the spiel and avatars says Relic yet all I see and read is someone else, a lot of it being your good self.
