Deleting cookies+cache on firefox

could someone explain to me how to this on mozilla? I want my computer to be safe :D

Clearing cache is simple. Type CTRL + F5.

For deleting cookies, do the following. Type CTRL + Shift + Del, and then select Cookies, and click "Clear Private Data Now".

Well, not the passwords obviously. The others depend on what you require.
