I think the whole idea of a pto is abhorrent and heartily disapprove. Surely we as British people are better than that.......

Its a dog eat dog world. PTO's are perfectly within the game mechanics, and in a world like erep where there's rampant cheating, stealing, and other nasty stuff, PTO's are practically the moral high ground.

TOing is a terrible idea
top priority of a govt in exile is establishing resistance and recovering one or more territories of the united kingdom in the least amount of time possible
There once was a buggy AI,
Who decided her subject should die.
When the plot was uncovered,
The subjected discovered,
That sadly the cake was a lie.

poles are continental people, they'll think of italian teritory next

Sorry to detract from this lovely argument, but I think Poland will probably go for either Austria or the Czech Republic (or Republik even?). Based on the whole 'Germanic" thing, and also because they would probably be easier targets for about the same resources. What do you lot think?

well, it could be Austria. not to sure about Austrian resources, though. those resources were robbed some time ago, there was this affair where serbia robbed austrian gold reserves, now don't ask me how
