Q5 hospital
« on: January 30, 2010, 08:21:59 pm »
In Russia the congressmen agreed to buy a Q5 hospital and donate to a region that was currently under a resistence war *risky but succesful*.

In eUK TWO purposals have been made to buy a Q5 hospital once for 7.5k GBP and the second for 13k GBP to two seperate regions and both failed.

Now I looked in the house of commons forum and several eUK congressmen are asking what the political IRC channel is called and why they can't access it.

Any details on why the disagreement for Q5 hospital and why 1/4 of the congress aren't in communication with the rest?

Yes. It's because they hadn't registered into the Parliamentary IRC.

And yes, we all agreed on the votation for those hospitals as "no". They weren't really to build hospitals, but served another purpose, one more for security and monetary measures.

Isn't it your job to make sure they are registered? and debating?

Okay so purposing ideas on administration improves the countries monetary standing and how does it help security?

No. Its not his job, if anyone its the MoLA's job. But it is people's own fault if they don't follow instructions in HoC threads.  :|

How I understand it from reading in House of Commons and House of Lords is that if something is proposed, the money from the proposal is removed from the countries bank accounts, which means in a time of war and we lose a region, such as an outer which Dish has already said he will retreat from some if necessary, then there is less money in the country accounts for us to lose, or at least less GBP, since foriegn currencies aren't taken when we lose a region.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, its just the picture I've gathered as how things work.

If people are too thick to register their IRC nicknames, it isn't exactly james' or the MoLA's fault.

I said that not Dish.

They will just cling on to their seats as they will want to stand again next time and get the 5 Gold again, and the medal.
