Should have been a free kick to QPR. Even without the offside, it should have been a yellow card for Young for diving, not a red card and penalty the other way. Ruined the game. Typical of decisions that all too often go the big clubs way. Same as Chelsea getting 2 offside goals yesterday. Even worse when the team that loses out is fighting relegation.
Manchester City too is an example. Balotelli should be sent off in the half about 3 times.
Yea, the officiating over the weekend had some pretty bad mistakes. I cannot believe the FA isn't handing out any further discipline to Balotelli. He could have easily broken a few legs the other day. Kid has a ton of potential, but can't get his head on straight. On the Young/offside/contact issue I'm not going to go into the contact part because that could go either way depending on the official, but it shouldn't have been an issue because the linesman was clearly blind for not seeing the offside. I mean, I'm happy with the win, but that was a really terrible call.
Completely agree there.
