So that MPP passed 24-10. Its good to know a about a third of the Irish Congress is against this, and I'd guess that most of those that did sign it did it just for defensive purposes.

That being said, we shouldn't make any threatening moves towards Ireland, or spam their media with "I am disappoint" articles. There is enough internal opposition to this that we should just let the pro-UK Irish fight our battles for us so we don't appear to be interfering- ie to avoid a rally around the flag effect.

Funny thing is that Ireland has ZERO ties with the UK in game, apart from a certain few UK people who perpetuate this myth that they love us despite all evidence to the contrary.

While all of this is of concern to me - mostly for the sake of the Republic of Ireland's continuing independence and even existence, I have to say that Final Destiny is surely proof positive that we have had, and perhaps continue to have, ties with the UK.
